Angry Fruit Salad

Originally discussed in a blog entry, Marty created this IntelliJ IDEA color scheme based on some work done by a friend, and inspired by colour schemes that shipped in early versions of Borland IDE’s. Some people find white backgrounds to be a strain on their eyes after many hours of staring at a backlit screen. Natural light and modern glossy monitors can make things even more difficult. Its not for everyone, but some people will find this much easier to work with.

To install the color scheme, simply download the file and place it in the colors directory wherever your IDEA preferences are. After restarting IDEA, you should find the color scheme available for selection in the Colors & Fonts section of your IDEA settings.
